Ref 10262 Beudy Bach is an end-terraced cottage on a working farm, in Dolwen 3 miles from Abergele. There are two double rooms and a single room. There is also a family bathroom. Downstairs is an open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is a communal courtyard as well as a private lawned area and off road parking for each cottage. Beudy Bach is in an ideal location for touring this lovely part of Wales.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer in shared drying room, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front lawn and patio area with furniture and BBQ. Shared courtyard. Storage for bikes. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub/restaurant 10 mins walk. Shop 1.75 miles. Beach 2 miles. Note: The cottage is near a workshop/garage so some occasional noise may be heard. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
