This 3-room apartment has an area of 50 to 53 m2 and is suitable for up to 6 persons. The apartment, which overlooks the lake, is located in a large chalet which has a total of 3 apartments. It consists of a living room; kitchenette; two bedrooms; one bathroom; a separate toilet; and a terrace (or balcony). The living room has a double bed sofa and a dining area. The kitchen corner is equipped with a 4-burner stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed while the second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom contains a second toilet. The terrace or balcony has garden furniture. Bed linen is included. For an extra fee you can reserve a TV, baby kit, towel set and/or final cleaning. These extras must be paid locally. A pet will be allowed for an additional fee provided it has a valid vaccination certificate and has an identifying mark in the form of a tattoo or chip.

On the south side of Lake Geneva, on the edge of a forest in the hills of the village of Evian les Bains, lies the Residence les Chalets d'Evian holiday park. The park was built in typical regional style and offers splendid views of the lake from multiple vantage points. The park consists of 101 apartments spread over 19 large chalets plus 1 three-story building with an elevator. Not only does the environment have a lot to offer but so does the park itself. Here you will find a heated swimming pool of 7 x 12 meters (with roof; weather permitting it is open; closed in bad weather); a playground; a free fitness room; sauna (not free); table tennis; bowling alley; billiards (not free); bicycles; WiFi (not free); a bar; opportunity for breakfast (to order); bread available at the reception desk (on order!); laundry facilities and parking. Bed linen is included in the price. You can, for a fee, reserve a TV, baby kit, towel set and final cleaning. These must be paid on-site. A pet in possession of a valid vaccination certificate, tattooed or chipped will be allowed for an additional fee.
