This 3-bedroom apartment is suitable for up to 6 persons and has an area of 50 to 53 m2. The apartment is located in a large chalet where a total of 3 apartments are located. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet and a terrace or balcony. The living room contains a double bed and a dining area. The kitchen is fitted with a 4-burner ceramic cooker, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The first bedroom has a double bed while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The bathroom has a second toilet. The terrace (or balcony) is equipped with garden furniture. Bed linen is included in the price. You can, for an extra fee, reserve a TV, baby kit, towel set and final cleaning. These must be paid on the spot. A pet, in possession of a valid vaccination certificate and tattooed or chipped, will be allowed for an additional fee.

Getting there

On the south side of Lake Geneva, on the edge of a forest, in the hills of the village of Evian les Bains, lies the Residence les Chalets d'Evian holiday park. The park was built in typical regional style and offers splendid views (from multiple points) of the lake. The park consists of 101 apartments spread among 19 large chalets and one 3-story building with an elevator. Not only the environment, but the park itself has much to offer. For example, you will find a heated swimming pool of 7 x 12 meters with a roof (weather permitting open and close in bad weather), a playground, a free fitness room, sauna (not free), table tennis, bowling alley, billiards (not free), a bicycle, WIFI (not free), a bar, an opportunity for breakfast (to order), bread at the reception desk (on order!), a laundry and parking. Bed linen is included in the price. You can also, for an extra fee, reserve a TV, baby kit, towel set and final cleaning. These must be paid on the spot.
