Sunny Villa Set on the Hills with Unobstructed Views of the Mediterranean Sea Set high above the Mediterranean this sunny villa is nestled on 2000 sq. m of land in the hills between Nice and Monaco. It is a perfect base from which to explore the beaches, towns and hill villages of the Cote d'Azur & Italian Ligurian coast.

With its terraced garden, 4x8m pool (also featuring a 180° view) and numerous amenities (fully air-conditioned, funiculaire from parking to main level, security with video camera at entry gate), the villa provides a welcome haven after a day of touring. Both the front balcony and terrace face south and provide a place for cocktails or dinner with unobstructed panoramic views of the Mediterranean.

Newly renovated, tastefully furnished in provencal colors to a high level of comfort and style, it boasts a newly installed kitchen and quality outdoor furniture with a granite dining table.

There are three sets of sheets and comforters and blankets for each bedroom. Master bedroom includes walk-in closet, dressing area. The twin beds in the other bedrooms can be combined into king beds. The lower level bedroom is perfect for teens or an au pair.

Above the provencal buffet hangs a large handmade framed mirror and other walls display a French needlepoint tapestry, hand-painted ceramic fish and still life prints. Large glass doors lead to the front and side terraces. The newly installed modern kitchen contains everything a chef or good cook need to prepare sumptuous meals including good knives, food processor, mixer & immersion blender, spices, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, garbage disposal, electric kettle & toaster.
