1 night stay : studios and small bedrooms $25.00 surcharge Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable, unless the property is re-let for the entire period of the cancellation. A $20 cancellation fee will then apply. If the client has paid in full, this amount is non-refundable, unless the unit is re-let for the entire period of the cancellation. A $20 cancellation will also apply. Should the term of accommodation be reduced, the registered guest hereby agrees to be liable for the appropriate tariff under the current schedule of rates. Rules: Sporting groups $55 per head per night (minimum 4 people per 2 bedroom unit - conditions apply).
