Anglais: Payment Policy: PAYMENT an advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve the desired dates. The advancement payment will be applied toward the room rent. Payments outside of Canada may be made in the form of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or bank transfers (add $15). Bank money orders, cashier’s cheques or personal cheques (Canadian only) payable to Victoria Prime. Cheques must be secured by a credit card authorization while in route. Email transfers (Canadian banks only) can be sent to contact@victoriaprime.ca. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due forty five (45) days before your arrival date. All payments are in Canadian Dollars Cancellation Policy: 5. CANCELLATIONS-a forty five (45) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than forty five (45) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty other than a $50 admin fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 45 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent, deposit or cleaning fee. Rules: • DAMAGE DEPOSIT- a damage deposit of $200 is required. This will be processed like checking in to a hotel. We will authorize your card for the deposit amount but it will not be charged unless damages occur during your stay in our property. If damages exceed this amount, the difference will be added and charged. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent. The card will NOT be charged given the following conditions: • No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. • No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collections of rents or services rendered during the stay. • All debris, rubbish, recycling and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. • Bed linens are put in washing machine and cycle started. • All issued keys and fobs are returned to unit owner/operator. • All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. • No linens are lost or damaged. • No early check-in or late check-out without prior permission by owner. • The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), or the local law enforcement. 6. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- the maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to four (4) persons. 11. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS- Any reservation obtained under false pretense, including false ages or number in party will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party may not be permitted to check-in or may be evicted. 12. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS- Any exceptions to the above-mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. 13. PARKING- Parking is limited to one (1) vehicle, stall #30. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner
