The nightly rental on this apartment is $75.00. Get a free night with a weekly stay. Additional discounts are available for extended stays. Call for more information about these discounts. Cancellation Policy: No cancellation fees will be applied to reservations cancelled at least 30 days prior to the date of the reservation. A $50 fee will be applied to reservations cancelled more than 14 days and less than 30 days prior to the date of the reservation. For reservations cancelled 14 days or less from the date of the reservation, the fee applied will be the total amount of the deposit that was paid to hold the room (deposit=1/3 the total cost of stay). Rules: Pets are not permitted in this vacation rental. Smoking is not permitted in this vacation rental.
