SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of 1,000 euros cash on arrival is required. This will be refunded only if Villa is clean & tidy, no damages to Villa and the Gas and Electricity fully paid by Guest.

PAYMENT METHODS
The rental price is payable as follows:
30% of rental price is to be paid to the Owner into the nominated current account to confirm reservation of booking. This deposit has to be paid in Euros and no other currency. The Guest has to be pick up all costs associated with the bank transfer and currency exchange. If not, then any difference will be taken from the Security Deposit.
The balance of the rental price has to be paid 4 weeks in advance of arrival at a Villa.
Cancellation Policy:
If the Guest wants to terminate or cancel the booking then the Guest has to give at least 8 weeks notice and accepts that any termination or cancellation
a) after deposit has been paid will mean that the deposit paid by the Guest is lost in its entirety.
b) after deposit has been paid and the final balance has been paid then a refund will be made by the Owner at its own discretion.
c) made less than 8 weeks notice will incur a termination charge which the Guest will have to be paid to the Owner.
Termination Charge will be 20% of the full rental price. Rules: Rates are Subjected to Change without Prior Notice.
RENTAL PERIOD, ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE
Rental periods have to be booked on a weekly basis from Sat to Sat unless otherwise agreed with the Owner.
The arrival time on the arrival day is 4pm. Any earlier check in time has to be agreed with the Owner.
The checkout time on the day of departure is 10am. Any later check out has to be agreed with the Owner.

HOLIDAY RENTAL PRICE
The rental price for the duration of the holiday rental period includes the following
a) Linen / Towels: 1 set of towels (one hand towel and one bath towel) and 1 set of bed linen (one top sheet, one bottom sheet, 2 pillowcases) for each Guest will be provided. Any extra will be provided but charged for at the current rate.
b) Maid Service: Villa will be delivered in a clean & tidy condition. Guests have to pay extra for additional service during rental period or if they leave Villa very dirty after they have left. If this is not paid then the security deposit will be forfeited by the Guest.
c) Gas and Electricity: not included. These have to be paid by the Guest. Readings will be taken on arrival and on departure. If this is not paid then the security deposit will be forfeited by the Guest.
d) Tap Water: the cost of tap water is included in the price.
