No Pets allowed. Smoking on Balcony OK. NOT inside. You have to be 25 years old to rent and be there during the rental stay. Proof of age is required. No Groups. Responsible adults only and their children. Responsible tenant has to be present at all times. Parents cannot make reservation for their children.
