Anglais: Payment Policy: BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY: A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm a booking. The final payment is taken at the check in. (Personal cheques are not accepted for final payment) • Must be 21 years old or older to make a reservation for accommodation. • A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. • Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. • Cash payment and debit card at front desk only. Cancellation Policy: CANCELLATION POLICY • For cancellations or reservation changes made within 48 hours of the reservation, the deposit is entirely refundable on your credit card. • For all cancellations 21 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be transferable to another date but is non-refundable. No deposit refunded in the event of: • Cancellation made 20 days prior to arrival. (even if reserved in that 20 day period) • Cancellation of golf, ski and massage if cancelled less than 72 hours prior to activity. • Cable, electrical, aqueduct failures, bad weather, late arrival and/or early departure. CANCELLATION PROTECTION AVAILABLE The cancellation plan is designed to cover your travel investment. This plan will protect you in case of a last minute event disrupts your travel plans. The cancellation plan will cover: • Death, serious injuries or illnesses of the protection holder, a family member or a travelling companion as stated on reservation. • The protection holder is called as a jury or witness considering that he/she had not been informed of such before making the reservation. • A major fire, burglary or flood to your residence less then 14 days prior to arrival at Mont-Tremblant. • Flight delay, road being closed due to bad weather or your implication in a car accident. Rules: HOUSEKEEPING: For all 7-day stays or more, a change of linens is provided at mid stay. However, daily housekeeping service is available on request with nominal fees. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit is required at check-in. This deposit is based upon the type of property, the number of bedrooms and is between $300 and $1500. The deposit has to be guaranteed by a valid & signed credit card. The security deposit will be retained against damage to property, extra cleaning, long distance charges and/or missing accessories. The pre-authorization will be voided about 72 hours after your departure if everything is conform and that the property is as it was upon arrival. PETS: Pets are strictly forbidden. If this rule is not respected, a charge of 100$ will be automatically processed. KEY DROP-OFF Keys must be dropped off at the reception or in the key box upon departure. A charge of $10 per lost key will be automatically processed. ARRIVAL: 5PM YOU PLAN TO ARRIVE AFTER 8PM? YOU HAVE TO ADVISE US BY CALLING OUR TOLL FREE NUMBER: 1-888-873-6252, TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR YOUR CHECK-IN. DEPARTURE: 11AM The condominiums must be vacated by 11AM. Late check-outs will be charged one extra night. We are please to provide a non-smoking environment, if not respected a charge of 100$ will be taken from your security deposit. Out of respect for the privately owned property that you occupied, you are asked to leave the unit in the same state it was upon your arrival. If not respected, extra cleaning fees may occur. Rates are subject to changes without notice, except for confirmed reservations.
