Anglais: This luxurious duplex apartment suitable for up to 6 persons occupies a beautiful location in the village of Kargicak, known as the 'villa area’ of Alanya. The view is quite unprecedented and the green space is wonderfully soothing and yet in no time you can be in the charming town of Alanya.This luxurious apartment is part of a small complex containing eight homes, a garden and a large pool. From the house, the private (roof) terraces or the pool you have a fantastic view of the Mediterranean, the Taurus Mountains and the town of Alanya. Every night you can also enjoy an impressive sunset.
Given the somewhat remote location and distance from the nearest public transport, rental of a car or scooter is recommended.

Anglais: BARINAK is situated in the Taurus Mountains and offers beautiful views of the Mediterranean, Mahmutlar, Alanya and the impressive Taurus Mountains.In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are a number of (holiday) houses and villas owned by the local population. You will also find a lot of banana, olive and citrus trees in the neighborhood. This is a great place to enjoy walking or cycling.
The village of Kargıcak has a small local center containing a number of small shops, restaurants, bars and hotels. The much larger and more touristic town of Mahmutlar borders Kargıcak. Here you'll find a number of supermarkets as well as other shops, restaurants and tourist facilities.
The neighboring town of Alanya offers plenty of entertainment, from cafes and pleasant shopping streets to a vibrant nightlife. The old castle of Alanya, situated high above the sea, should definitely not be missed, if only for the unforgettable views. At the foot of the mountain you can visit the famous Red Tower. There are several caves worth exploring and a trip to the Dimcayi River, with its lively cafes by the water, is also worthwhile.
There are plenty of other activities in the area of Alanya. You can take a boat trip from the port of Alanya. There are also many single or multi-day excursions, for example, to Cappadocia or Pamukkale. And last but not least, there are the beaches!
