Comment s'y rendre

Anglais: Ara Durak is the name of a small complex which consists of two detached villas surrounded by a spacious garden. Between the villas (which are close to each other but at different heights) lies a private pool. Each villa contains four apartments. The villas are located in Kargicak / Alanya, a small village where time seems to have stood still and where you can still experience the real (rural) Turkish life. Kargicak is also the exclusive residential area of Alanya, but in the immediate vicinity you have minimal housing. The villas are surrounded by nature and are situated at the foot of the majestic Taurus Mountains. From the house, garden and pool you can enjoy a splendid view of the Mediterranean Sea, the bay of Alanya and the impressive mountains. You can see the mountains and beach (4 km away) directly from the villas. In Alanya you will find some shops, bars and restaurants. In Mahmutlar, about 6 km away, you can go to the (larger) supermarkets and shops. The center of the cosmopolitan and bustling Alanya is around 15 km away. Besides sun, sea, beach and nature, the Turkish Riviera of course has an almost inexhaustible wealth of cultural and historical sites dating from the time of the ancient Greeks, Romans, Seldjuken and Ottoman Empire.Disponibilités

Anglais: Alanya is one of the most famous seaside resorts on the Turkish Riviera. This bustling town with an intense nightlife is known for its beautiful beaches, castle and charming location among citrus orchards.Alanya lies on an impressive cliff between two beaches (Cleopatra Beach and East Beach). High up on the cliff towers the 13th-century castle of the Seljuks, which is one of the most beautiful sights on the Mediterranean. The castle is relatively well preserved and has 150 kilometers of walls and towers. Along with the imposing fortress you will find remarkable shipyards and the Kizil Rule (Red Tower, an octagonal 33 meter high tower that served as the cornerstone of the fortress, built between 1225-1227). The town now has about 35,000 inhabitants. It is a beautiful resort with numerous restaurants, hotels and cafes situated along the beach. In the center there are plenty of 'Turkish' shops where you can purchase souvenirs, leather goods, jewelry, handbags and painted gourds, a symbol of the region.
Dimcayi is a river near Alanya. Here you can picnic in one of the tree houses of the many restaurants that line the river, or simply go for a swim. In the hot months this is a great place for refreshment. Near the Dimcayi you can visit a beautiful cave with stalactites and stalagmites. You can also take an excursion down the river with a stop for lunch. Most cruises sail to the peninsula of Alanya, along the old shipyard, past the old pirate and phosphorus caves and then down the coast towards the town of Incekum. Relax and sunbathe on board with the occasional swim in the sea. Are you lucky? Then you will definitely see dolphins!
The Dimcayi River, which arises in the Taurus Mountains and 60 km later empties into the Mediterranean Sea, is situated just six kilometers from the center of Alanya. The river is not only cool in the winter, but also guarantees a refreshing swim on hot summer days. Along the shores you will find several picnic areas. There is also a place in the water where chairs and tables are put down. About 12.5 km upstream [of the mouth] there is a great rafting route.
