Anglais: Payment Policy: All rates are in Euros.Easter, Christmas and new year is High season period.- 1/3 of the rental fee is required as a booking deposit and the balance is payable 30 days before arrival. Cleaning is done by renter. Cleaning is available for 120€. Bedding (linen) and towels per person per stay 15€ .
Cottage is available at 16:00 hours the first renting day. Please inform us if cleaning is not first class. Departure from cottage must be before 13.00 on last day and the Cottage must be fully cleaned and ready. If not cleaned properly an extra fee of 95€ will be added to the account of renter.
If you would like to book the house in low season then contact me. The house appears reserved on the calendar but it is possible to book it. But we can´t offer the guest bedding linen or cleaning service.
