GENERAL PROPERTY INFORMATIONS Comfortable and tasteful house in peaceful setting Position: A mile from the village of Huismes for everyday shopping and four miles from Chinon, with its chateau on the banks of the Loire. Here you will find a good choice of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. About 17 miles from both Saumur and Villandry, just over 30 miles from Tours and within easy reach of many of the chateaux and vineyards of the Loire. Peacefully situated, surrounded by fields with tamed sheep, donkeys, ponies, geese and ducks and close to the dense forest of Chinon. Covered terrace outside the dining room with garden furniture and barbecue. Orchard with above ground plunge pool (5.6m diameter) shared with the owner who rarely uses it.
