The Residence is just 2km from the center of Batz-sur-Mer and 1.5 km from Le Croisic TGV station, in a private wooded park of 2 hectares.
The four buildings that make up the residence are situated on a sandy stretch of the beach, south-facing, at the foot of the coastal path. The residence comprises 62 apartments and offers a wide range of types (some are duplex apartments) from a studio apartment for 2 persons to a 3-room apartment for 7/8 persons, all of which are fully-equipped with kitchenette (vitroceramic hotplates, microwave and dishwasher), bathroom (with shower or bathtub), toilet and television (for a fee).

Your holiday destination is exceptionally well situated, close to LA BAULE. Batz-sur-Mer is a small town on the Croisic peninsula. It has managed to preserve all the character of a seaside village yet with the charm of an Atlantic seaside resort. It is an ideal family resort, offering fine, sandy beaches suitable for swimming and water sports. Beach activities include: swimming, surfing, sailing, fishing and beach clubs. You can also go hiking, play crazy golf, tennis or petanque and enjoy the children's playground with numerous activities (go-karts, slide, trampoline…). In addition, there are horse-drawn carriage rides through the salt marshes.
At La Baule you will find: leisure parks, animal parks, cinema, casino, bowling, disco, thalassotherapy, swimming pool and horseback riding.
