It lies between the maritime coast, with its extensive beaches, and the beautiful Tagus River. this holidayhome is an estate with a history going back several centuries. It is situated in the historic locality of Alenquer and is characterised by a rural architectural style derived from the farming activities performed here in the past, most notably the growing of grape vines (by the grandfather of the current owner). Spend an afternoon strolling through the Quinta da Regaleira (a UNESCO World Heritage site located in the Old Quarter of Sintra); visit the historic town of Alenquer or Montejunto Mountain; and savor some of the best Portuguese wines along the Wine Trail.
