For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised. Rules: Pets are allowed upon owner approval. Smoking is absolutely not allowed. Hot Tub Rules: Children and pregnant women should not use hot tub. Montana law does not allow anyone under the age of 15 in hot tubs. Cover hot tub after use.
