Ref 621 Shay Side Barn was once a stone barn and is near to the village of Warslow in the Peak District National Park. This cottage boasts three bedrooms consisting of one double with ensuite shower and two twin bedrooms, as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also has a well equipped kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room. To the outside, this cottage has ample off road parking and a garden and patio area with furniture and BBQ. Shay Side Barn is a superb cottage in a stunning area, and is perfect for families or groups of friends.

Full gas (LPG) central heating and additional heating from electric fire in sitting room. Gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, automatic washer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs (1 x 40'' flat screen TV with ‘surround sound’), video, DVD player, CD player etc. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Ample off road parking. Garden and patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. Sorry no pets. Non smokers only. Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
