All bungalows are built of brick, are detached and fully-furnished including cutlery and crockery, cupboards and closets, a full bathroom with shower and a veranda furnished with a table and chairs. When necessary, the accommodations are equipped with an air-conditioning system and heating. The Residence is located in the heart of the Gargano National Park, 2 km from Vieste, overlooking a green hillside situated about 90 meters above sea level. This offers guests a spectacular panoramic view of the coastline and town of Vieste. You also have a wide view from the mountain slope overlooking the Umbrian Forest.

The resort consists of 22 detached and independent villas built of brick, with one or more bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, living room with kitchen (or kitchenette) and sofa bed, and a veranda.
