Beautiful Villa in Provencal-style with Sea View Situated in a very quiet neighbourhood near the end of an impasse. Only 20 min. Walking distance from the charming centre of old Vence. Vence is the town where the artist Matisse was performing his art.
Very beautiful villa in Provencal-style. There is a sea view from the 2nd floor in the house and from the upper part of the ground. The entire villa has been restaurated in the last 10 years. The house is built together with another house, but totally separated by a high wall/hedge.Very comfortable furniture in old French style. Many original paintings.
Closed garden with pool and pool house. Garden in 2 levels with many plants and trees. The pool house is situated between the house and the pool. The pool house is equipped with pizza oven, barbeque and kitchen. Table for 10 persons.
Upper level: kitchen on 20 m2. Fireplace. Bathroom with bath (spa). Living/dining room 50 m2. 5 m to the ceiling. Separate room with sleeping couch for 2 persons. Balcony 10 m2 with view to the sea. Staircase to very French inspired bedroom with queen bed and TV.
Lowest level: suite with 2 rooms each with separate entrance. The 1st is 35 m2 with sleeping couch for 2 persons and 2 twin beds. Bathroom with bath and toilet. The other is 25 m2 with queen bed and a bathroom with bath and toilet. Access between upper and lover level by outside staircase.
