This fully-furnished, stone holiday home of 60 m² is situated on a lot of 536 m². It is surrounded by tiled terraces with a covered area of 6 m² and a finely designed garden. Together with its parking place the house lies completely outside the holiday park (lots of privacy!). The holiday park comprises a total of 52 ha, of which 11 ha has been divided into lots of from 250 to 600 m², with approximately 130 chalet caravans, 8 Abeille chalets and 30 stone summer cottages. All housing units are connected to the sewerage, water and electricity systems, and are equipped with separate showers and toilets. Each owner has furnished their interior with great care and this has provided each house with a unique, personal character. During the day there are a variety of activities offered in the holiday park, be it in a group or completely on your own. In short, this is a park where you can enjoy a warm southern climate and beautiful surroundings, that lies close to numerous tourist attractions but is still in the sphere of the pleasant French countryside. Besides space, tranquility and the magnificent surroundings of Languedoc/Gard (where you can go canoeing, exploring caves, horseback riding, etc.), you will find the following facilities in the park: a swimming pool (24 x 11 m) and child pool (9 x 4 m) - open from May to September inclusive - an outdoor swimming pool with lifeguard; a restaurant; a bar and a large covered terrace (open from April to September inclusive); a playground (for the little ones); a volleyball court; ping-pong table; lawn bowling (also lit in the evening); tennis court (for an additional fee); a launderette (for an additional fee); entertainment program (short) in July/August; reception/library; 1 telephone booth and an Internet area.
