Ref 8451 Fuchsia House is a semi-detached cottage adjoining the owners’ B&B, three miles from Tully, on the Renvyle Peninsula, County Galway. With four bedrooms, a double and a twin on both the ground and first floors (with the first floor bedrooms en-suite), and a ground floor family shower room accessed via the hall and the ground floor twin bedroom, this cottage sleeps eight comfortably. There is also a fitted kitchen, utility room and dining room with open fire on the ground floor, and a first floor sitting room leading onto a balcony, ideal for enjoying the sea views. Outside there is a private garden and off road parking. With great touring opportunities, Fuchsia House is a fantastic cottage base.

Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in utility, small colour TV, Freeview, DVD, selection of DVDs. Oil and electricity charged from meter reading, starter pack of fuel for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
