Destin: A Detached Property Situated On The Outskirts Of Tremolat Dordogne The property is split into 2 self contained gites, one for 2 people, the second for up to 4 people. Both have their own privacy, with separate entrances, private patio areas, with table chairs and overlooking the river Dordogne and the village of Tremolat. The smaller gite is an open plan studio appt with modern kitchen area,with a small oven/hob, fridge, washer,microwave etc. lounge area with basic sky TV , double bed with all linen and towells provided,shower room The larger gite has 2 seperate bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with 2 singles ( all bedding and towells provided ) there is a lounge area with basic sky tv, and a modern kitchen with oven, washer, fridge, microwave etc shower room. There is a sizeable garden with an above ground small plunge pool which is available for our guests. The village of Tremolat is a short stroll away, where you will find shops, restaurants, garage, church etc. Within a short drive away you will find Lalinde and Le Bugue where there are many more shops and supermarkets.A great place to stay with many places of interest nearby, plus many water sports. No Telephone, River View, Community Charcoal Barbecue, Community Outdoor Pool, Near Water Park, Washing Machine Only, Shower, Marina View, Near Boat Launch, Garden View, Near Marina, Riverfront, Smoking Allowed, Golf, Gated Community, Near Amusement Park Bergerac airport is only 30 to 40 minutes drive away.
