INTERIOR This very pretty Breton thatched cottage offers comfortable accommodation of great character. Living room with large stone fireplace with wood burner, comfortable sitting area with sofa, television and video player and dining area. Beautiful blue and white tiled fitted kitchen with electric oven, mixed gas/electric hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, table and chairs. Also on the ground floor is a shower room and a separate wc. Open tread stairs from the living room lead to two pretty bedrooms under exposed wooden eaves, one double and one twin. A third bedroom, a double with extra bed, is reached by a separate outside staircase washing machine located under this staircase.  The owners can lend bikes (adult/children) and helmets. GENERAL PROPERTY INFORMATIONS Charming thatched cottage close to shops and beaches Position: Under a mile from the sheltered sandy beach of Pouldohan and a similar distance from Trégunc for shops, supermarket and restaurants, with Concarneau about three and a half miles away, with its walled old town, fishing harbour and good choice of shops and restaurants. Fifteen minute walk to a tidal creek from which a coastal path leads to Pouldohan beach. Set in a large garden, with garden furniture and barbecue, at the end of a quiet cul de sac.
