OUR PLACE good mountain veiw $125 per night. Camp Fire (865) 448-6677 This 2 bedroom home is located in Townsend, Tn. about 1 mile off main road. It has 2 bed rooms with large queen beds and also has a roll out bed. Living room and separate den area with cable TV. Nice kitchen with large dining table. Front porch across the length of the house with rocking chairs and swing on front porch. Linens and towels are included and property does have a washer & dryer. One bath has a juccuzi tub. There also is a fire ring out front for nightly campfire to roast marsh mellows & hot dogs or to just sit back and relax. This home is about 3 miles from the entrance to the Great Smoky mountains National Park entrance and abount 10 miles from Cades Cove. Payment Policy: We do not charge a deposit up front but we do require a credit card to reserve the home for you. We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card and Discover. You may also mail a check in advance for your stay and it will be deposited once we receive it. Cancellation Policy: We do not charge a deposit up front but you are responsible for your reservation buy holding it with a credit card at the time you make the reservation. The cancellation policy is you must cancel prior to 7 days before your reservation or you will be charged for your days reserved for you. If this is not done or you fail to show, your card will be charged for days you reserved. If we are able to re-rent your home we will credit you for the days re-rented by last minute renter. A cancellation fee of one nights rental will be charged for expenses and cost of making changes at a minimum. Rules: Pets are accepted but you are 100% responsible for ANY damages done by you or your pet. Pet fees are not charged but if you pets shed or cause excessive hair on furniture or beding you may be charged a Xtra cleaning fee of expenses incurred. These homes have hand made quilts and unique furniture of items of which can not be easily replaced. There is NO SMOKING allowed in any of our Cabins at any time. You have a large front porch and plenty of yard space for smoking. Loud parties are not permitted. You do have neighbors that live within the area and they need respect.
