Payment Policy: Rates are in New Zealand Dollars.
We also have a two night minimum stay for the period of the 23rd of December through to the 5th of January.
However, if we are able to fill the rooms for any of the nights previously booked, we will only debit the guest for the balance of un-booked accommodation.
If all nights previously booked are re-let, no charges will be made. We strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance. Cancellation Policy: 50% charged if cancellation is within 30 days of arrival.
100% charged if cancellation is within 7 days of arrival.
100% charge will occur if guests are a No-Show . Rules: Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
