Cancellation Policy: For cancellations less than 30 days prior to the start of the stay, the deposit will be non-refundable. For cancellations less than 60 days before the start of the stay, a charge of £30.00 will be payable. This will be deducted from the deposit. Rules: Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Absolutely no smoking in the cottage. Pets will be welcomed subject to prior arrangement with the owners.
