Blue Ocean Cottage: A Big And Brighter Open Space The chattel house’ design has been conceived to offer our guest a big and brighter open space and also for let them enjoy the very pleasant oceanic breeze constantly present in this part of the island. Blue Ocean Cottage is located at the first floor and has a very big open-space dining / living / kitchen area fully furnished with, gas cooker with four burners and gas oven, fridge with freezer, toaster and all the necessary items. A big washing machine at the ground floor. The dining-room is very bright and windy and it’s equipped with mosquito nets, 3 comfortable sofas, 110 volt light sockets and 220 volt plug, a synthetic-rattan bower, Color TV, CD player with radio, Pc, books, CD'S, safe, games, telephone and electric iron. From the dining-room you can reach the loft through a wooden staircase where you can find two bed-rooms, one is a large double-bed room, the other one with a French bed plus a single bed. Both rooms have their own Air Conditioned which is available at a small supplement per day. Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. If you want to confirm the reservation a deposit of 30% of the total stay is requested and must be sent only via Wire Bank Transfer Order to our Barbados Company Account without any bank costs or fees from our side. Eventual costs charged to our side will be debited at the arrival. Please note that we do not accept credit cards or other payment’ forms. The Balance must be paid directly in Barbados at the arrival only with cash money in USD. When you confirm the booking we kindly ask you to send us a copy of the bank transfer order. After receiving the deposit in our account the reservation will be confirmed definitevely. The legal/security deposit is 400 USD for the Blue Ocean Villa which is requested at the arrival and it will be refunded at the end of the stay. Cancellation Policy: If you will decide to cancel the reservation already confirmed you will have to pay the following penalties: Untill 60 days before the arrival: 50% of the amount already payed + bank expenceses (40$US) From 59 days to 15 days before the arrival: 80% of the amount already payed + bank expenceses (40$US) From 14 days before the arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the amount already payed. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice. The minimum stay in high season is one week and in low and middle season is 3 nights.
