Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars.
Upon confirmation of a booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the total rental value. We then require the remaining 50% of the rental value to be paid in full 45 days before the booking date. Shorter stays at 1 Seminyak are handled on a case-by-case basis. Rental rates also vary according to the season, and rates are subject to change without notice. All taxes are in accordance with government regulations. Service charge is applied at the industry standard of 5%. Rates are for room rentals per night only. All other costs are at the expense of the Guest unless noted as inclusions on the written confirmation advice. Please Note: It is the policy of 1 Seminyak that all guests sign a credit card authorization form at the time of check-in to cover the possible cost of any damages that may occur to the rented premises due to the occupancy of the premises by the guest. All guests will also be required to sign a Waiver of Liability form at check in. Cancellation Policy: 1 Seminyak requires that all cancellations are notified in writing. (Fax or email is acceptable). Upon cancellation of a booking, a minimum of three months notice is required before the booked arrival date for any paid deposits to be refunded. Cancellations made less than three months prior to the arrival date will not be refunded and all monies paid as deposit will forfeited. Final payments are non-refundable. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
