This newly built and modern house with its own pool is located in a quiet private development just outside Sitges and less than three kilometres from the beach. Here you are staying only a few hundred metres from the nationl park of Garraf with its mountains and forests.

On the groundfloor we find the large kitchen fully equipped with the latest generation of appliances and overlooking the forest, the large living room with direct access to the covered terrace, the garden and the pool, a bathroom with shower and finally a bedroom with bunk beds. Outside also the garage with space for one vehicle and the ramp for a second car.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms with each two single beds and a wardrobe, a double bedroom with a large closet and access to the terrace overlooking the pool as well as two immaculate bathrooms, both with a bathtub.

Sitges has seventeen individual beaches. There are small and quiet coves, wide sandy beaches and beaches overlooking the historic center. The town also has three marinas: Aiguadolç, Garraf and Port Ginestá. Sitges enjoys its own microclimate with mild winters and warm summers with an average temperature of 18.7 ° C and 300 sunny days a year. The cultural offer of Sitges does not end with places to see, it also offers an intense cultural activity, especially in summer time.
