This chalet was built in 2004 and has a total area of about 35 square meters. The chalet has a simple living room with a TV, CD player and sofa bed. There is a corner kitchen with a toaster, oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. The chalet has two bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed the other with bunk beds. The bathroom has a shower and sink. There is a parking lot at the house as well as a nice terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. You can use the owner's washing machine.

Getting there
This chalet is situated in a wooded area in the heart of the Dordogne. Here you will find beautiful nature as well as the peace and quiet you seek. The chalet is located next to the village of Salignac where you will find shops and restaurants. At the chalet there is a lovely swimming pool which you share with the owner (who lives on the same premises). On the terrace you can enjoy plenty of silence. In the immediate surroundings you will find beautiful little towns like Carlux, where you can visit the typical Dordogne markets.
