Ref 8110 The Shippon is a stone-built, semi-detached barn conversion situated in a rural location, only nine miles from Ruthin in North Wales. This all ground floor cottage sleeps two people and has one king-size double bedroom with an en-suite wet room, which is suitable for wheelchair users. The rest of this accommodation at this cottage is made up of an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with sofa bed. To the outside of this cottage there is off road parking for three cars and a rear patio with a lawn with furniture and a BBQ, as well as an additional shared garden with access to 7.5 acres of the owners’ fields. The Shippon is an ideal romantic retreat at any time of year.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 3 cars. Rear patio and lawn with furniture and BBQ. Additional shared garden and access to 7.5 acres of owners’ fields. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 4 miles. Shop 2 miles. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Fri'.
