The cottage has one twin bedroom and one single room as well as a family bathroom, making it suitable for three people. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a gas fire. Outside the cottage is off road parking for one car and a rear garden with outdoor furniture. Perfectly located for discovering the delights of North Wales, The Ingle is a fabulous cottage in a delightful town location.

Gas central heating throughout, additional heating from gas stove in sitting room. Electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, 28" TV with Freeview, additional TV with Freeview, CD/radio. Fuel and power payable by meter card. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot. Off road parking for 1 car. Enclosed rear garden with gravel patio, decking, lawn and furniture. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
