This 3-room apartment is suitable for 6 adults plus a child and has an area of about 40m2. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two persons and an armless chair (for a child); two bedrooms, both furnished with two single beds; a fully-equipped kitchenette (electric hotplates, microwave and coffee maker); and a bathroom with toilet. You can enjoy your meals on the balcony, complete with garden furniture. Bed linen is not included in the rental price (bring single sheets if you intend to bring your own) and bath towels are not available, so you must bring your own. For an additional fee you can rent bed linen, a TV, safe, baby bed and/or final cleaning. All apartments are heated from 07/04-21/04, but they do not have air-conditioning.

A typical village of the Costa Brava, less than an hour from the French border, Rosas is a town that is lively year round. The beauty of this town situated at the water's edge is enhanced by the backdrop of cliffs and surrounding mountains. The Residence, designed in all simplicity, is situated in a quiet area about 1.5 km from the beaches and Rosas' town centre. The 3-storey complex consists of apartments housing 5 to 7 persons. The apartments for 5 and 7 persons are equipped with kitchenette, bathroom and balcony with garden furniture.
