Best location, just steps away from Starbucks, famous breakfast diner, organic food market, Baskin Robbins, fast food (McDonalds, Subway, Panda Express, La Salsa), bus stop to Hermosa/Manhattan Beach and shopping malls, popular restaurants and bars such as Cheesecake Factory, Hudson House, St. Rocke, Chart House and of course, walk to Redondo Beach Pier. 45 minute drive to Disneyland and Hollywood. This 1908 historic home has been elected to be on the Mills Act, which means it has been designated as a historic land mark of Redondo Beach. We are proud to preserve the home, one of the features is the original claw foot tub, but this home has all the amenities of a modern home with central air conditioning, wireless internet access, huge flatscreen TV with DVD player and DirectTV (satellite TV) with HBO/Showtime, and pool table in the sunroom. We provide 2 beach cruiser bikes there's a bike/kayak rental that is walking distance as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch dish washer, toddler plates/cups, booster chair, baking supplies etc. The washer /dryer is in the sunroom. Enjoy roasting marshmallows at the fire pit and there's a commercial gas BBQ grill. The fireplace in the living room is a must during winter, we provide the wood. One of the bedrooms has a DVD/VHS combo TV with a library of kids movies, there are toys/books for tots and a changer for babies. We use only high quality sheets/towels at a budget price. Beach amenities include 2 beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels.
