This modern-style 1 bedroom condo is in a boutique condominium (15 units) called Palma Real. The complex is two years old, very clean and well maintained. Stretch out in 1250sq ft of living space, with wall-to-wall windows. Our unit has granite countertops, marble showers, and 24" porcelain tile throughout. All amenties in this unit are brand new and will meet or exceed your expections! Palma Real has 24 hour on-site staff and gated vehicular access from the main road. But security is a small concern here; Puerto Morelos is a well-known for it's old-world charm and easygoing nature. There is an excellent property manager who speaks fluent English and Spanish. He is available for whatever you need during your stay. The condo is on the ground floor with no interior steps. There is outdoor seating/dining on the deck which has nice landscaping for privacy. From the bedroom and also the deck there are nice views of the ocean (see pictures). The unit is right beside the spa & infinity pool--which is directly on the beach. It's easy to enjoy everything directly from your unit, whenever you want. Whether it's secluded peace and quiet or a stroll into town for lots of interesting things--you can do both on this holiday--without a car. There are many good restaurants and activites within walking distance. If you want to shop or see the sights in Cancun and Playa Del Carmen, taxis are always waiting at the town square.
