The villa is in a superb position with all the facilities of the town just a stones throw away. The historic town of Lagos is some 5-10 minutes drive away. For the children there are a variety of waterparks and theme parks within a 35 minute drive.
The villa forms part of a small development of 7 villas. Villa Estrela enjoys its own private heated pool and garden area. This villa is very comfortably furnished throughout to a high standard and is ideal for a beach holiday. Car not required. Debit and Credit cards accepted (Credit card +2%). Despoit required at time of booking with final payments made 8 weeks before departure for holiday. Damages / Breakages Deposit is £300.00 and can be secured with Debit / Credit Card before departure or in some cases, is payable on arrival.
The deposit will be refunded within 21 days of return date or, in some cases, before departure after deduction of electricity used and less any excess cleaning costs and replacement or repairs for damage to the property or any of its contents.
