Set in a peaceful garden with superb mountain views, this charming Majorcan farmhouse, previously used for agriculture and as a cattle ranch has recently been updated in a simple and comfortable style, is converted in a tourist vocational house, according to directives of Ministry of Tourism of the Balearic Government, with accommodation for up to eight people on 2 floors.

The property situation (at the end of a no exit lane) allows tranquility and almost privacy, being ideal for family vacations. You can go walking to the Port of Pollensa or Pollensa old Town by a nice footpath. (new of 2010). The villa is distributed over 2 floors.
