This spacious holiday villa is located in Surin, a private and peaceful coastal village set in beautiful and relaxed surroundings just off Phuket’s main west coast road, some 15 km north of the crowded, busy resort area of Patong. As the most exclusive part of the Island, Surin is also home to the world famous resorts of Amanpuri and Twin Palms. The villa is a short stroll from the beautiful Surin and Bang Tao beaches, famous for their white sands, clear blue seas, water sport activities and amazing sunsets. Nearby are gourmet restaurants, boutiques, winebars and gallerias.
This contemporary villa has recently been completely re-modelled. It is built over 2 levels (comprising 500 sq m) with rooms that border a courtyard and it’s own swimming pool. Accommodation comprises five spacious double bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathrooms. A well-appointed fully fitted kitchen is located adjacent to a very spacious living/dining area that can seat twelve people comfortably.
The living/ dining area has very high ceilings and large wooden sliding doors that allow natural light to flood in and create an atmosphere of relaxation and space. Next to the living area is a huge covered terrace where you can lounge during the day and also enjoy al fresco dining in the evening. This property enjoys a very tranquil setting, away from the hustle and bustle, yet within short walking distance of beaches, dining and entertainment.
