A Luxurious & Fully Renovated Gite Eva has a large, secluded garden with a terrace on the green court-yard of the estate. There are a lot of beautiful trees and plants and you can sit in the shadow of grapes.
The living room is comfortably furnished. It contains a modern sofa for two persons and armchairs. The room looks very spacious and light because you can look straight at the beautiful roof construction. Fully equipped country-kitchen set in the living room. You'll find a microwave, an oven, a dish-washer, a gas-stove, a refrigerator with freezer, and a coffee machine.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are situated on the first floor (mezzanines). They contain two single beds (2*90*200). Bedroom 3 is situated on the ground floor and contains a double bed (2 *80*200). The bathroom has a very spacious shower, a washstand and the toilet.
Three miles north of the spot where the river "The Vézère" the river "The Dordogne" instroomt, lies the village Paunat. It is very strategic for a pleasant stay in the Périgord noir: All tourist attractions are fast and easy to achieve while the rest looked very good has been retained.
Paunat has about 200 souls. The houses of the village, almost without exception, very well restored. Because the village is located in a small valley, the streets sometimes very style which is a walk through the village alternately.
Economic activity has Paunat barely. There is a restaurant, Julien, where men in a beautiful environment can eat and what can buy groceries and bread ( see the photo on the right of the church). For some shops and restaurants is Limeuil, 4 kilometers away, the most closely. Le Bugue, about 9 kilometers away, the nearest large town, with a large supermarket, various shops, a very nice market on Tuesday morning and an SNCF station.
