Beautiful Apartment House on the Edge of Paris with view over the city In a residential street, in the garden of a property, cottage charm of 48m2 with opened living room.

The property is 2 minutes walk from the Tramway T 2 station that will take you to Paris La Defense (RER A and Metro line 1) in less than 5 minutes and 10 minutes to the famous Champs Elysée Avenue or 20 minutes directly to Porte de Versailles (largest exhibition center in Paris).

Kitchen with dining table & 2 stools, fridge with freezer, washing machine, dryer, microwave oven & 4 ring hob, electric coffee maker, toaster etc. The bathroom has a large shower (for two), a sink and a toilet, a commode. Towels and bed linen are provided. Parking in the street for free.

The room is very sunny, with a window and door leading to the garden. Double glazing throughout, gas central heating. A reading lamp is above every bed, the bedding is new as well as comforters, pillows, etc. We provide linens, sheets, duvet covers and pillows.

Living room couch convertible into a bed for 2, box spring mattress is harder than the beds. We also supply duvets, pillows and covers like the beds. There is a lamp controlled from the front door and a coat rack.

Suresnes is on the edge of Paris, the Seine in Paris has one bank, another bank in Suresnes. The cottage is 700 yards from Paris and the Bois de Boulogne, the largest park in the capital. Suresnes is the culmination with the Mont Valerian known for its fortress and its history. The American cemetery of Mont Valerian is at a 5 min walk.
