Payment Policy: All Rates are in Euros.
Prices are for 1-8 persons occupancy (an extra person will be charged with the amount of 35.00 EUR per day).
The prices above include all local taxes and expenses of the villa.
Air-condition use is optional and it is charged on your arrival at the villa (5.00 EUR per day, per unit).
Mid week service is on request and it is charged with the amount of 35.00 EUR.
Free wireless internet connection. Just bring your lab top with you.
A non refundable deposit amount of 20% on the rental rate is payable at the time of firm reservation.
If the arrival time is more than 3 months from booking time and you will rent the villa for 14 days instead of the deposit of the 20%, you may alternatively pay 10% at the time of reservation and the other amount (20%) 3 months before your arrival.
The deposit can be paid by banks transfer or by credit card. We accept all types of cards. The balance is to be paid on the second day of your arrival at the villa preferably by cash. If you prefer to settle the balance by a credit card you will be charged with an extra administration fee of 2%.
