The frontage has elegant gates which draws you to the design of this super property. Steps lead up to the entrance which take you into an elegant hallway.
There is a separate kitchen area which is fully equipped with all you need to enjoy indoor cuisine! The lounge area is fabulous with a super 42” flat screen TV/DVD player, Sat TV & full surround system, leather sofas offer maximum comfort and walls and internal décor are completed with ornate cornices & elegant arch ways. The lounge overlooks the Italian dining table which seats 6, this then looks out onto pool area to enable you to take it all in! All 3 bedrooms are on same ground level so great if you have children & also if your guests are elderly as their mobility will not be obstructed.
The Master bedroom has a stylish King size bed with bedside cabinets fully fitted wardrobes, safe, hair dryer. This room also has a lovely en-suite shower room. From the patio doors in this room it leads onto private conservatory area with relaxing sofas, a fab spot for that morning tea whilst waiting for the day to start. Second & third bedrooms both have double beds and fully fitted wardrobes alike. All rooms are adorned with quality bedding & curtain fabrics that wouldn’t look out of place in a magazine. The house is fitted with wall mounted electric heaters so ideal for winter bookings, and of course A/C units for the summer months! Payment Policy: All rates are in Pound sterling.
A deposit of 25% of the price of the property is payable at the time of booking. The balance of your holiday as shown on the Confirmation Receipt must be paid in full at least 8 weeks before arrival date, or where the booking takes place less than 8 weeks prior to arrival the full amount is due immediately, plus standard refundable security deposit.
Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer or cheque (extra time is needed for funds to clear if payment is made by cheque) and bank transfer. If the balance is not paid 8 weeks prior to departure we reserve the right to retain the deposit, cancel your booking and apply our cancellation charges as set out in Clause 6 below.
Cancellation Policy: Changes or cancellations made to the booking must be notified to the Owners in writing by the Customer. We will do our best to assist where possible with any reasonable changes made by the Customer, but they may not be possible.
An administrative charge of £10.00 per person for each change shall apply in addition to any costs levied by our supplier as a result of the change of details such charges will be notified to the Customer. Where the Customer has requested a change to the date of holiday less than 8 weeks prior to departure, the holiday booking shall be deemed cancelled and the cancellation charges referred to below will apply. Any changes to the number of people in your party must be advised to us as soon as possible.
For cancellations made more than 56 –90 days prior to departure only the deposit will be retained by the Owners.
Between 45 – 55 days prior to departure 25% of your holiday cost.
Between 35 – 44 days prior to your departure 70% of your holiday cost.
Between 15 – 34 days prior to departure 90% of your holiday cost.
Between 0 – 14 days prior to departure 100% of your holiday cost is forfeited. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
