The town is surrounded by the San Juan National Forest, and boasts more than 300 days of sunshine every year. The town is 7,000 feet above sea level, providing all kinds of outdoor activities at any time of year. Take a hike in a national forest or head to the slopes to do some skiing. You can do it all here.
Pagosa Springs vacation rentals do have busy times and out-of-season

fall season creates a boom in hunting and other gaming tourism. There
are off-road and 4x4 trails that can take you all over the more than 3
million acres of the national forest, including up to Devil Mountain
and other well-known destinations in the area.
Pagosa Springs vacation rentals are great for relaxing, but are made
for the outdoors types. This town can allow you to kick back and get
