Large Family Villa with Private Pool in the Country Side Near Ostuni Well-appointed Villa built on 2 floors. Ideal for families and large groups, accommodates 12/14. The Villa has 6 spacious double bedrooms, the Master Bedroom on each floor has a Kingsize Bed with space for an extra bed or cot if required. The remaining 4 bedrooms each have 2 single adult beds. Each floor consists of 3 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge-diner and bathroom. The ground floor has been equipped with a dishwasher, a dining table that expands to seat 14, sufficient seating, cookware and crockery for a full house ensuring maximum comfort for guests to dine and party together. The upper kitchen and dining area is equipped for 6 people.

Both bathrooms have a shower, wc, bidet and wash basin. The upper bathroom also has a bath. Both kitchens are equipped with a cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and toaster. A washing machine is installed on each floor, together with an iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Externally, there is a large patio area with two seating areas to the front leading to the rear of the Villa where a new walled and gated 12m x 6m roman ended pool is located surrounded by sun terracing, sun loungers, barbecue external shower, seating and eating area.

The Villa is situated just 5minutes drive from Ostuni, (the White City), and just 15 minutes from the nearest beach, (pictured).Amenities: The Villa is located within its own 1.5 acre Olive Grove, which also includes fruit and nut trees of all kinds. The 12m x 6m roman ended pool sunshades, sun-loungers, seats and barbecue area is found at the rear of the Villa. At the front there is a Gazebo, sun porch, dining table and chairs. Ceiling Fans, large parking area, linen and beach towels included, car recommended. Wifi internet covers the whole villa.

Kitchen; well equipped for 14 people, with electric oven and gas hob, microwave and fridge freezer and dishwasher.
