20% non-refundable deposit on booking. Balance payable no less than 2 weeks before accommodation commencement date. All payments in Euro to a Euro French bank account. Cancellation Policy: 50% of paid amounts (excluding deposit) non-refundable if cancelled less than 4 weeks before accommodation commencement date. Fully non-redundable if cancelled less than 2 weeks before accommodation commencement date. Rules: House rules published on notice board in kitchen. Children under 15 are not to use the gym. Children under 12 should be supervised around lake, hot tub and sauna. The sauna door does not lock and should remain unobstructed.
