The cottage is perfectly situated to explore Nelson’s rich array of boutique shops, cafes, bars and restaurants a pleasant ten minute walk away, including Hopgoods Restaurant - winner of Cuisine's Best Casual Dining award. This is a great base from which to explore the wider region – Mapua, Kaiteriteri and the Abel Tasman National Park - taking in wineries, galleries, beaches and beautiful countryside.

Deposits and payments Timing of deposits and payments: • On confirmation of booking 25% • 6 weeks prior to arrival 25% • One week prior to arrival 50% Payments can be made via cheque, direct credit into a NZ bank account or using a credit card via PayPal (plus 5% handling fee). To pay by PayPal please let me know and I will send an invoice by email. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation Policy Due to the nature of holiday house accommodation, bookings are normally made months in advance. It is therefore difficult to re-book accommodation when last minute cancellations occur. As a result, the following Cancellation Policy is in place. If visit is cancelled 3 months prior to arrival the 25% deposit paid will be returned. If a visit is cancelled within 5 weeks of arrival both the deposits (ie 50% of the total rental cost) will be retained. Cancellation or curtailment during stay - No refund will be made. Rules:

• Rental rules Check in is 2pm, and check out is 12 noon. If you would like an earlier or later check in or check out please enquire – if there is no one else booked on that day it shouldn’t be a problem. No smoking inside the cottage. No dogs without prior permission, and dogs to remain outside at all times. Cottage to be left clean and tidy on departure, ready for the next guest. Thankyou for your co-operation and understanding.
