Villa Cavagnetti is a 16C farmhouse, restored to the highest standard, positioned on a hill top, surrounded with breathtaking views of the Umbrian Countryside. Cavagnetti is a luxury villa able to sleep up to 18 guests, with large bedrooms and living areas, providing peace and tranquility to its guests, located just a short distance from the medieval town of Montone, its is the perfect get away.

Accommodation :

7 bed rooms, 7 bathrooms. The house can easily sleep 14 guests + 4 on sofa beds. The house is very large and ideal for large groups or families. It has been designed to allow guests to have privacy as well as to come together as a large group at meal times and during the day.

The ground floor can be used as 2 apartments, equipped with kitchens, bathrooms and private entrances. The apartments can be separated from the 1st & 2nd floors with internal doors, or the house can be opened and used as one big house.

"2 bed apt (sleeps 4)" : 1 double room and 1 twin. A fully equipped kitchen, with cooker, refrigerator, and dining table. 1 main bathroom. "1 bed apt (sleeps 2 + 2)" : 1 double room, en suite bathroom, kitchenette with cooker and refrigerator. Sitting room, sofa bed, dining table. Laundry with washing machine. Traditional Sauna equipped with shower.

First Floor

(Sleeps additional 2 guests on a sofa bed). Main kitchen, fully equipped with range cooker, coffee machine, side by side fridge with ice machine, additional wall oven, wine fridge. Kitchen table ideal for casual dining and the original open fire place. 3 bathrooms with showers. Formal dining room, seating 12. Lounge room with plenty of seating and open wood fire place. Plasma TV & DVD and satellite TV.

Study, with a large desk, sitting area, printer and Wi-Fi. (no computer). Portable IPOD docking station. Library with a good selection of fiction and non fiction books. Food & Wine : Umbria is a stunningly beautiful wine region, with gentle rolling hills dotted with vineyards. It is famous not only for its wine, but also its truffles, chocolate and wild boar.
