The kitchen is well equipped with a door that opens to the terrace. Off the living room there is a niche with a modern sofa-bed for two persons with awnings to guarantee privacy. Second Floor : Up the stairs: nice double bedroom with two single beds and view to the garden. The master bedroom has queen sized bed with wonderful lake view and a nice balcony overlooking Lake Como. There's a large 'walk through' closet. Modern bathroom with bathtub. Stay on the ring road , following Como-Varese- Laghi- Gottardo , then you pay toll at Como. Get off at Como “Nord” exit. Do not miss this or you finish up in Switzerland . Follow this road for approx 1 km until you find a roundabout and follow the signs for Menaggio , which leads to a tunnel. Follow this road for about 30 minutes.
