A Beautiful 3 Bedroom 5th Floor Apartment with Open Views The apartment is on the 5th floor (with elevator) it measures 112m2 with terrace of 15m2 with open views. In a building constructed in 1996, I undertook the renovation and decoration in my apartment in 2007. It consists of an entry in which I decorated the dining area, lounge decorated Moroccan traditional 30m2 Of 3 bedrooms, 2 with a bed for 2 people (140mx190m) and 1 bedroom with a bed of more 0.90mx1.90.
The great room have also a single bed (0.90x1.90). Bed linen and towels provided. There is a cooked and a fitted bathroom with basin, 1.60 m long bath, a bidet and a toilet it is fed hot water by an electric ball. Room overlooking the side patio and lounge are air conditioned, the other two rooms have extra radiator and fan. Kitchen equipment: stove, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, blender.
Dishes and cookware is complete. Equipment room: TV with parobolique, DVD, CD, DVX, radio. Equipment patio round table, 2 armchairs and 6 chairs grofilex (white plastic) Equipment Other: ironing board with her iron, hairdryer in the bath room. No Smoking, Airport Courtesy Shuttle, No Pets Allowed, City View, Satellite TV, Near Water Park, Washing Machine Only, Double Bed, Terrace, Gas Stove, Public Transportation Available, Gas Fireplace, Parking Available, Maid Service Available, Near Casinos, Air Conditioning, Daily Trash and Towel Service Available, Elevator, Child Size Bed, Ceiling Fans, Patio I assure the transfer to the airport for 20 euros. I can arrange excursions, tours and mountain trekking on request.
